BayRock is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Riyadh. Our name joins Bay, the Arabian Gulf waters that shape our coast, and Rock: strength, permanence and foundation. Like a rock standing firm in the bay, we build assets that endure.
We began on the shores of the Arabian Gulf, where our waterfront residences in Al Khobar taught us what quality means to Saudi families. Today, from our base in Riyadh, we bring the same conviction to the capital and beyond.

Land & feasibility
We underwrite before we commit. Zoning, infrastructure, demand evidence and exit routes are tested against a conservative base case.
Brief & design
The brief fixes specification, target resident and budget together. Architects and engineers design to that brief.
Procurement
Contractors and suppliers selected on capability and track record, with clear scopes and milestone-linked payments.
Construction oversight
Our teams are on site. Programme, cost, quality and safety are reported weekly and reviewed monthly.
Handover & operation
Inspection and commissioning precede every handover. Management begins on day one and continues for the life of the asset.
